‘On the Right Side of History’: Parents Defending Education Adviser Explains Fight to Save Title IX

Mother and father Defending Schooling filed a lawsuit on April 29 towards the Biden administration’s reinterpretation of Title IX permitting males in feminine sports activities and personal areas.

The parental rights organization joined the Impartial Ladies’s Discussion board, Speech First, and the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina in difficult President Joe Biden’s rule change to the 1972 federal legislation that prohibits sex-based discrimination in federally funded teaching programs throughout the nation. 

The Biden administration’s revisions seek to add “gender identity” to the listing of sex-based protections.
